I qualified at the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa in 1985. I joined The Cowplain Dental Practice in 2003. In 2010 I obtained my Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree, LLB through the Open University. My philosophy towards dentistry is very much summarised in the "Smile for Life" statement on our homepage, but it is the rapport you build with the patients and their families over the years that makes dentistry such a satisfying job.

Away from dentistry I spend as much time as possible in the outdoors, enjoying activities such as endurance running, mountain climbing, cycling and sailing with my family.
